Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify the order from our side.

Cancellation Charges for Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is canceled after dispatch, the following charges will be deducted before issuing a refund:
