1. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return a product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by:

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The product received is incorrect, defective, or damaged.
To qualify for a refund, the following must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order:

3. Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct refunds. However, the following options are available:
a. Store Credit
- You will receive a coupon code equivalent to the product amount.
- This credit can be used for any future purchase on our website and has no expiry.
b. Exchange
- Products can be exchanged for items of the same or higher value.
- If you select a lower-value item, the balance will be adjusted as store credit.
- One exchange request per order is permitted.

- Once we receive your returned product at our warehouse, it will go through a quality inspection (QC).
- Upon approval, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3–7 business days.

- Products returned due to personal preference (e.g., not liking the color or design) are not eligible for refund, unless damaged or defective.
