Amaayra – Return & Refund Policy

At Amaayra, we are committed to delivering premium products that reflect the rich essence of Indian tradition and craftsmanship. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our detailed return, refund, and exchange policy below.

1. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by:

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product received is incorrect, defective, or damaged.

To qualify for a refund, the following must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order:

A clear

  • Unboxing video showing the package being opened.
  • Photos of the product showing the issue from different angles.
  • Image of the parcel’s condition upon delivery.
  • Photo of the shipping label with visible details.

⚠️ Refunds will not be processed without proper proof as mentioned above.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct refunds. However, the following options are available:

a. Store Credit

  • You will receive a coupon code equivalent to the product amount.
  • This credit can be used for any future purchase on our website and has no expiry.

b. Exchange

  • Products can be exchanged for items of the same or higher value.
  • If you select a lower-value item, the balance will be adjusted as store credit.
  • One exchange request per order is permitted.

4. Return Conditions

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags will be rejected.
  • Products that have been altered (e.g., fall and edging applied on sarees) are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customized items and items on sale or discounted price are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Only one return or exchange is allowed per order.

    Note- We Are Not Offer Any Type Of Reverse Pickup Service From Our Side In Both Case ( Store Credit Or Replacement ) You Have To Courier Parcel At Our Warehouse Address.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been dispatched.
  • Prepaid orders canceled after dispatch may be subject to a cancellation charge based on the product value.
  • To request cancellation, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible.

6. Post-Return Process

  • Once we receive your returned product at our warehouse, it will go through a quality inspection (QC).
  • Upon approval, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3–7 business days.

7. Important Notes

  • Product images are for representation only. Slight color, fabric, or design variations may occur due to lighting, camera settings, and screen resolution.
  • Accessories used in images are not included unless clearly mentioned in the product description.
  • Products returned due to personal preference (e.g., not liking the color or design) are not eligible for refund, unless damaged or defective.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Surat Court, Gujarat.
